Making Apple Juice

Wesley opened the fridge and said, "Let's make apple juice."  We'd made orange juice before, so why not apple.  I hauled the 30-lb juicer from the basement, cleaned it up, and started the process.  Wesley got the apples from the fridge, washed them, I cut them, and he put them through the juicer.  When the pulp came out the end of the juicer, Wesley said, "Hey, it looks like it's pooping!"  He was kind of right. :)
We chilled the juice and served it with our vegetarian dinner.  It made about 4 cups and tasted a bit like KoolAid green apple (probably because we used 2 fugi and 5 granny smiths).  Yummy and a bit tart.  Perfect!
